DESCRIPTION


Gustal ®is a yeast-based product that is used to reduce the salt content in bakery products as much as 30% while preserving the flavor profile.  The Gustal active principle can be combined with different improvers formulations in both the premix and completed mix.

DIRECTIONS

 Gustal is recommended to be used at 0.6% to 0.7% or 9.5 to 11 ounces per 100 pounds of flour.

STORAGE

Recommended shelf life for unopened packages is 24 months.  Store at room temperature. Recommended shelf life for opened packages is three months.
