Terms of Sale - Returned Goods Policy

1) All sales are final. All title to and risk of loss of yeast product(s) shall pass to the customer at the time such product has been delivered to and accepted by customer.

2) In accordance with the Lesaffre Yeast Corporation and Red Star Yeast Company Food Security Program, required under the FDA Bioterrorism Act of 2002, we cannot accept any product returns once the product has been accepted and received by the customer. Additionally, due to the Food Security Program, Lesaffre and Red Star can no longer transact product exchanges and /or swaps between two independent parties.

3) Unless authorized in writing by Lesaffre Yeast Corporation and/or Red Star Yeast Company, as the case may be, the resales of any product manufactured or distributed by Lesaffre Yeast Corporation and/or Red Star Yeast Company is prohibited. Customer agrees not to sell or otherwise supply any such products to any other person or entity outside the control of its organization.
